This website is information, not an offer

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy any property, and nothing here creates a contract. If we’re going to buy your house, we make a written offer, addressed to you as the owner, after we’ve walked through the property. That written offer is the only thing that counts — not this page, not a phone call, not an email.

We’re not your adviser

Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or valuation advice. We buy houses; we’re on the other side of the table from you. You should get your own advice before selling, and we genuinely encourage you to have your own solicitor — we’d rather deal with a seller who is properly advised.

What our timeframes mean

Where we say things like an offer usually within 48 hours of the visit, or settlement anywhere from 14 days to 6 months, we’re describing how we normally work. They’re honest descriptions, not guarantees for every circumstance — some properties and some situations take longer, and we’ll tell you plainly when that’s the case.

Using the site

The text, images, and design on this site belong to us. You’re welcome to read it, print it, and show it to your family or your solicitor. Please don’t copy it for a competing business, and don’t attempt to interfere with the site or use it to send anything unlawful.
